Our Leamington Spa office was opened in 2011 and services Warwickshire and the Midlands. We provide a comprehensive and professional recruitment service for employers and job seekers alike.

ProHealthCare is managed by Nurses with over 40 years experience in Healthcare Recruitment. We aim to provide our clients with the most appropriate, experienced staff for their assignments and we have an excellent reputation for the calibre of staff and service that we supply, often at very short notice. We have a large database of staff, at both Qualified and Auxiliary levels, with expertise in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities as well as General Nursing.

We source and supply all types of staff for the healthcare sector including amongst others Registered Nurses (RN, RMN, RNLD), Support Workers, Healthcare Assistants, Auxiliaries and Nursery Nurses.

Our Staff

The staff we supply will have undergone our stringent vetting procedures, which include the following checks:

  • Applicants must have relevant experience for the area in which they wish to work.
  • Nursing Qualifications are verified with the NMC.
  • We check references from the last three years employment history.
  • In accordance with the requirements of NHS Trusts we validate Occupational Health Clearance - including checking proof of vaccinations.
  • Enhanced CRB checks are obtained including POVA/POCA.
