Recruitment. We are registered with the CQC. Our aim is to
provide our Clients with the most appropriate , experienced
staff for their assignments. We have an excellent reputation
for the calibre of staff and service that we supply, often at
very short notice .We have a large database of staff, at both
Qualified and Aux levels, with General Nursing/Mental Health
&Learning Difficulty experience.
All
staff have undergone our stringent RECRUITMENT PROCESS, including:

Applicants
must have relevant experience for the area in which they wish
to work. Nursing Qualifications verified with the NMC.

Two
Nursing references obtained- one of these being from their
current employer.

Occupational
Health Clearance- including proof of vaccinations , as required
by NHS Trusts.
- Enhanced CRB check including POVA/POCA Checks.
Training Requirements- all staff to have Manual
Handling and Resusitation Training.
With
regard to Mental Health and Learning Difficulty Clients- many
of our staff are C&R or PRT trained.
We
